The service was impeccable, with a friendly and attentive staff that truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The chalet we stayed in was nothing short of breathtaking, offering stunning views and immaculate cleanliness. The added bonus of a small hot tub and sauna on the property truly elevated our experience.The attention to detail at Bergwiesenglück is truly remarkable. The passion for detail and care shown by Frank and his team was evident in every aspect, from the cozy chalets to the delicious meals served at the restaurant. The free afternoon jause or glühwein was a delightful touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings. The reliable shuttle service to the ski resort and heated ski deposit were incredibly convenient.The modern design of the chalets and the restaurant, along with the incredible food and amenities, made our stay truly memorable. The panoramic view from the pool was mesmerizing, and the private hot tub and spa area in the chalet provided a luxurious retreat. The friendly hosts and staff made us feel right at home, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our experience. I look forward to returning to this hidden gem in the mountains someday.
